Look around you
Be thankful for what you've got
As it can be taken from you

Treasure every moment like its your last
And forget the bad things they've said and done in the past

Your family is important
As they've  been there for you from the start
Treat them with respect
And they shall do the same
Don't give them shame
Don't give them the blame

Every family has its up's and down's
But the bitching never lasts too long
So don't continuesly frown

Family is always there
No matter what you do
They always care
And help you get through

Remember you're one of the lucky
As not many parents are like this
Remember to treat them with respect
And spend as much time with them as you can
Even a day of cricket out in the sun
Can be so much family fun

Mum shows you emotion
Shows devotion
All mums show love

The dad shows loyalty
Shows you how to stand up for yourself
Shows strength and how a family should be
Well... usually

Take care of the family
And the family takes care of you
Remember to be greatful for what you've got
As it could all be taken away from you
